  • The Traffic Court calendar is held on the third Wednesday of the month.
  • The Criminal Court calendar is held on the first Wednesday of the month.
  • All other matters are held as the Court schedules.

If you have a ticket for traffic violations only, follow the simple instructions on the ticket and mail your plea to the Court or you may appear at the date and time on the ticket.
            The Court is NOT responsible if you deviate from these instructions.
If the ticket is for a misdemeanor or felony, you must appear in person at the date and time the ticket directs.

The Court accepts filings in person and by mail for Summary Proceedings, Small Claims and Civil actions.

To obtain a return date for a Summary Proceeding, contact the Court via fax with a two-week window which works for petitioner’s service and return date and the Court will set a calendar date and contact you via fax and telephone.   FAX 518-398-0227
