Tai Chi will be held Tuesdays beginning at Noon. NOTE: No Tai Chi the first Tuesday of the month.

Come join for a meditation in motion – graceful, carefully structured, relaxed and flowing movements that combine strength with resilience and vigor with gentleness. Accurate, repeated practice will retrain posture, encourage circulation throughout the body, maintain flexibility through the joints and familiarize students with the martial arts applications.

Instructor: Curt Anthon (Member of the International Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan Association)

This class is appropriate for beginners as well as people who have studied tai chi or qigong before. It is free, but donations are greatly appreciated, and help us to continue offering programs like this.
