NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Pine Plains Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 25th, 2018 at 7:30 pm at the Town Hall, 3284 Route 199, Pine Plains, NY, on behalf of John Boyles, Jr. for an area variance application for property located at Hammertown Road, Lot 2, Pine Plains, Dutchess County, NY, Tax Map ID #134200-6872-00-994006.  Any interested party shall be entitled to be heard regarding said application.  The application is available for review at the Town Hall during regular business hours.
