PINE PLAINS TOWN BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Pine Plains Town Board will hold a public
holding on the adoption of a Local Law amending certain portions of §275 of the Town
Code with regard to the regulation of solar installations on September 15, 2022 at 7:10
p.m. at the Town of Pine Plains Town Hall located at 3284 Route 199, Pine Plains, New
York. A copy of said Local Law will be available for inspection on the Town’s official
website and at the Town Clerk’s office and the Pine Plains Library during regular
business hours. Any person desiring to be heard on said Local Law shall be given an
opportunity to do so at the public hearing.
