Town Hall Bid Notice



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Town of Pine Plains is accepting proposals from qualified engineering/architect firms for building programming services, design, construction administration services and construction inspection services for a new Town Hall Facility located on a pair of contiguous vacant parcels located at 8 and 12 North Main Street, in the Town of Pine Plains, NY  (Tax Parcels #6872-18-412223 and 6872-18-412231).   Proposers must be licensed to practice professional engineering and architecture in the State of New York.  Proposals must be received no later than 1:00 pm Friday June 14, 2024 at the following address:

A total of six copies of the proposal as well as an electronic copy shall be submitted.  Proposals may be mailed, but Town of Pine Plains gives no guarantee that said proposal will be received in the Office of the Town Supervisor by the designated time.


Envelopes must be marked: “Proposal for Professional Services, New Town Hall Facility”.


RFP Documents and Instructions can be viewed on the Town of Pine Plains Govt. website- by following the link to the “New Town Hall Facility”.  Those who wish to download the RFP and wish to be placed on a list to receive information for this proposal as it is released must register with the Town of Pine Plains Town Clerk by sending an email to  A return email acknowledging this registration will be transmitted.


All bids shall contain the non-collusion certificate in a form meeting the requirements of GML 103-d.


The Town Board reserves the right, in its discretion, to waive technical noncompliance or irregularities that are not material or substantial, and to reject all bids and to rebid the project.
